Let's talk about this treat, shall we? This week it was my son's day to bring "Fun Friday" snacks to class! Here is what I came up with...

This little creation I thought up last week and was super excited to do for the kiddos! What is great about this snack is that it is both an activity and a snack! With this treat you can build your snowman and then eat him! This is the perfect mix for your kiddo's class party! Here is what you will need:
Pretzel Sticks (for arms and also for body support)
Jumbo Marshmallows (body)
Sour Candy Strips (scarf)
Candy Corn (nose)
M&M's (buttons)
Hershey Kisses, wrapped (stocking cap)
Mini Chocolate Chips or Mini M&Ms (eyes)- I actually was going to use mini chocolate chips but then decided not to because I didn't want to leave the teacher with a class full of chocolate fingertips. However Mini M&Ms would work really well for the classroom!
Grab you some cute bags and add a handful or 2 of pretzel sticks, 3 jumbo marshmallows, some candy corn (I just used 5 to keep it from looking fallish), M&Ms, mini chocolate chips or mini M&Ms, wrapped Hershey Kisses, and a sour candy strip. Twist tie it up and your done!

To assemble the snowman... slide marshmallow onto one end of a pretzel stick, slide another onto the other end. Stick one more pretzel stick into what will be the middle marshmallow and slide the 3rd marshmallow onto pretzel stick. Give him pretzel stick arms. If you want your snowman's arms shorter just bite off some of the pretzel to trim them. Press his eyes and candy corn nose into his face. Press in the M&Ms for buttons. Give him a scarf and a stocking hat, and that's it! Easy, cute, fun!
Well guys, I am off now to fold some laundry, grab some coffee, and hopefully finish up my shopping! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend! Thanks for stopping by!!
Hugs,
Shelley
