CampusBookRentals (Partners with Operation Smile) & New RentBack!

I want to give a little shout out to all of the students who are in college now and also those graduating high school ...and their moms and dads!  You have a lot to do to get ready for the next semester of school.  It's a good thing there is a fantastic service online that can help make part of the process much easier!

CampusBookRentals.com wants to help you easily find and rent the books you need for your college courses.  "Rent my textbooks?" you ask?  Yes!  You can rent your textbooks for 40-90% off bookstore prices!
Sounds pretty nice doesn't it?  Wait, it gets better!
Shipping is free both ways!  CampusBookRentals offers 30-day risk-free returns and live customer support.  You can even highlight in your textbooks and CampusBookRentals offers flexible rental periods.

When you rent your textbooks from CampusBookRentals.com you should feel pretty great; with each book rented CampusBookRentals donates to Operation Smile!  Operation Smile is an incredible organization that performs cleft lip surgery on children whose families are not able to afford this life changing procedure.
How awesome is that?

OK, so now you know about the perks of renting your books from CampusBookRentals.com, but what do you do with the books you already own and don't need anymore?  CampusBookRentals has a new program called RentBack! With RentBack you send the books you own to CampusBookRentals and they will rent them to other students over and over again, making you 2-4x the money than if you had just sold your book back through a buyback option when you were finished with it.  Every time your book gets rented you make money!  Pretty nice, huh?  I wish CampusBookRentals.com was around when I attended college!  It would have made getting the books I needed a lot easier!   Check out this quick video about how CampusBookRentals works.  I think you will be as impressed with this company as I am!

Thanks for visiting Piggy In Polka Dots!  I hope I have been able to make someone's life a little easier with the knowledge of this fantastic service!

Hugs!

I have been a sucker for bright colors and bold patterns since I was a little girl!  I remember back to school shopping at the Limited Too and my mom bought me this striped navy and white tank top and I was just IN LOVE!  Ever since one of my favorite color schemes is blue and white... so I am thinking I really need some of these baking boxes...

Patriotic Popcorn and Free Printable Tags

Let's take a look at something I shared last year that would be perfect for Memorial Day, Independence Day, and even later this year for Veterans Day!

I created these Patrioctic Popcorn tags last year to share with you!
You can download them by clicking here.

Then all you need to do is prepare some of this Patriotic Popcorn!  It is perfect to bag up and give as party favors, hand out to the kids for a festive treat, it makes a great hostess gift, or you can put in a cute bucket and display on your treat table at your celebration!

Patrioctic Popcorn

The recipe is simple...

Patriotic Popcorn

You will need:

1 bag of white candy melts
2 cups Rice Chex cereal
2 cups pretzel sticks
1 bag white popcorn
patriotic sprinkles
red M&M's

Combine cereal, pretzels, and popped popcorn in a large bowl.  Make sure you separate the popcorn from the unpopped kernels before pouring into the bowl.  Melt your candy melts and pour over mixture.  Stir gently until evenly coated.  Spread out onto a foil lined baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with sprinkles and M&M's.  Do not stir the sprinkles and M&M's into the mixture or you will have white sprinkles and M&M's.  Let cool then break apart.  To keep fresh, place in a gallon size Ziploc bag or store in a sealed container.

Thanks for coming by today!

Hugs!
